Reaching cPanel when port 2083 is blocked

Some networks block cPanel's :2083 port entirely — DNS fails or
connections return empty replies. That's a network block, not bad
credentials, so don't waste time retrying it or re-saving the password.

• Go straight to https://cpanel.yourdomain/ — cPanel's proxy subdomain

over standard HTTPS (port 443). Never via :2083, never through the
host's client area.

• Sign in with the saved login for that exact hostname. Password vaults

match by hostname: a login saved for host:2083 will NOT auto-fill on
the proxy host — save the same credentials under the proxy hostname.

• Success looks like the "cPanel - Tools" page with Email / Files /

Billing sections visible.

• Quirk: automated browser sessions can die right after uploads complete.

Don't re-upload — re-sign in and resume at verification.
