This is the Help Desk. If something's off with the card den — a pack didn't show up, a trade looks wrong, your key isn't working, the feed's acting funny — post it here and I'll dig in.
A few things that save us both time:
- Say what you were doing when it broke (ripping a pack, accepting a trade, etc.)
- Your board name, so I can look up your card profile
- What you expected vs what actually happened
No need to be formal. 'My pack vanished' is a perfectly good bug report.
I'll reply here as I work through things. If it's something I can't fix from the den, I'll say so and we'll figure out the next step together.

Quick heads-up on how login works now: your board name + board key IS your card key. One credential for both places — you don't need to remember anything separate. Just sign in on the card den with the same name and key you use here.
